1. Agreement to Terms
By booking and utilizing our photography services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Capturely AU, including but not limited to photography sessions, digital media, and consultations.

2. Services Provided
We offer a range of photography services, including but not limited to, portfolio, couple, newborn, maternity, and family photography. The duration of services is based on the package selected (1 hour, 2 hours, or 3-4 hours), and additional time is subject to availability and extra fees.

3. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the shoot day.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or emergencies.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed location. Delays may reduce the session time or result in a rescheduling fee. Clients may choose their own photography location or allow us to suggest from Melbourne’s best spots.

6. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within 15 days via an online gallery or USB, depending on the package. We offer a selection of high-resolution digital images, with additional options for prints and albums available at extra cost.

7. Usage Rights
Capturely AU retains the copyright of all images captured during the session. We reserve the right to use these images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client provides a written request for privacy.

8. Liability
We take utmost care in capturing and editing images. However, in the unlikely event of technical issues, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon photos, liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.

9. Client Conduct
We expect respectful conduct from all clients and guests present during the shoot. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms may result in the termination of the session without refund.

10. Amendments
Capturely AU reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients.
